Founded by an experienced structural engineer with nearly two decades in the industry, Pascal combines deep technical expertise with a practical understanding of large-scale construction and development.

Our Story

Pascal was founded by Shamel Amit, a structural engineer whose career spans over 18 years across structural design, telecom infrastructure, and construction project management.

He spent 15 years at Bezeq, Israel’s largest telecommunications company, where he led the structural engineering and analysis of critical towers and masts supporting nationwide communication systems. Prior to that, he worked for three years at Sh.Engel Engineers Ltd, a respected structural engineering firm, where he was involved in designing reinforced concrete and steel residential and commercial buildings.

In addition to his engineering background, Shamel Amit also brings valuable experience in project management through his work in the family business—managing the construction of gas stations and overseeing land development projects. This hands-on field experience enriches Pascal’s approach to engineering with a strong sense of real-world feasibility, budget awareness, and construction efficiency.
